Warranty repair and/or service
- Repair or replacement of the product during the warranty period of operation is carried out by the manufacturer, subject to compliance with the rules of installation, timely maintenance, transportation and storage.
- Warranty repair and/or service maintenance of products is accompanied by the technical control service of PE “ARTON”.
- In case of questions related to warranty repair and/or product service, please contact tel. 050-374-03-16 (head of the technical control service).;
- In case of questions related to installation, connection of products, as well as malfunctions detected during operation, contact tel. 050 -434-03-26 (technical specialist).
- Troubleshooting of the product is carried out on an ongoing basis 14 working days: in the case of warranty repair – starting from the moment of receipt of the product by the technical control service, in the case of service maintenance – after preliminary payment for the repair.
Sending products for repair

Payment for sending the equipment for repair is made at the expense of the consumer. Otherwise, the equipment will not be accepted for repair.

- Put the following information in the middle of the package: the nature of the detected malfunction; your contact data (name of the organization (name of the private entrepreneur), address, phone); contact details of the person who detected the malfunction (phone). Such information must be provided in the form of a completed cover letter, a form of which is available at link and filling out the electronic form (link).
- Pay for the parcel (sending products for warranty repair and/or service is carried out at the expense of the sender).
- After sending the package, report the number of the goods and transport declaration by tel.050-374-03-16.
