Arton-DL1
Product description
The detector is designed to detect flares in closed rooms of large sizes, accompanied by the appearance of smoke
- Features of technical implementation:
- Reliable fire detection by implementing intelligent signal analysis using a built-in microcontroller;
- A simplified procedure for calibrating the detector at the installation site. Calibration is carried out by pressing the "Test / calibration" button in the receiver unit;
- Built-in drift compensation mechanism (including compensation for contamination of optical system components). This mechanism automatically adjusts the trigger threshold of the detector to the factory level during operation;
- Formation of the "Fault" output signal by reducing the current in the SC when a complete overlap of the optical channel is detected, when there is no communication between the receiver unit and the emitter unit, and when the limit level of drift compensation is exceeded. The "Fault" signal is duplicated by flashes of the yellow LED on the receiver unit with differentiation according to the type of fault;
- The presence of red and yellow LEDs on the receiver unit with the possibility of indicating the "Fire", "Fault" modes, including the indication of the relative signal level in the "Test" mode;
- The detector is designed to work in two-wire DC loops with a nominal voltage of 12 V or 24 V;
- The detector is connected via a four-wire direct current or variable-sign loop to the control panel using the MUS-DLM loop matching module.
- Advantages of DL1 over DL:
- The procedure for calibrating the detector at the installation site is greatly simplified. Calibration is carried out by pressing the "Test / Calibration" button in the receiver unit;
- Installation is greatly simplified thanks to new mechanisms for orienting components in space;
- Built-in drift compensation mechanism (including compensation for contamination of optical system components). This mechanism automatically adjusts the trigger threshold of the detector to the factory level during operation;
- The output signal "Malfunction" is formed by a decrease in the current in the SC when a complete overlap of the optical channel is detected, when there is no communication between the receiver unit and the emitter unit, and when the limit level of drift compensation is exceeded. The "Fault" signal is duplicated by flashes of the yellow LED on the receiver unit with differentiation according to the type of fault;
- Red and yellow LEDs appeared on the receiver unit with the possibility of indicating the "Fire" and "Fault" modes, including the indication of the relative signal level in the "Test" mode.

Section 6.13. Smoke fire detectors. Part 13 (Arton-DL1 and Arton-DL3).
In section 6.13 of informational materials "Components of fire protection systems" the new two-component linear smoke fire detector Arton-DL1 and one-component detector Arton-DL3 with cataphoto are considered. The advantages of Arton-DL1 and Arton-DL3 detectors over Arton-DL due to the use of new inventions and new microcontrollers have been revealed. Features of the design, connection schemes, as well as methods of product calibration are considered.
