Product description

The reception and control device with the function of controlling automatic means of fire protection of the “Vector-1” series is intended for the organization of centralized and autonomous protection of various objects from fires, is part of the fire alarm system, control of fire extinguishing, smoke removal, ventilation and other automatic devices . The device combines the functions of a fire receiving and control device and a control device, meets the requirements of DSTU EN54-2, DSTU EN54-4, DSTU EN54-21, DSTU 4469-1.

The device configuration option and its coding can be selected using symbol generator, and its symbols can be deciphered with the help of the corresponding decoder.

A wide selection of design options depending on the purpose and complexity of the object:

internal power supply voltage (24 V or 12 V. By default - 24 V);
the number of input-output channels (from 8 to 32);
the number of fire protection keys (up to 16);
each object (exit, output) of the system has end-to-end numbering (addressing);
built-in control panel for two fire extinguishing zones;
a compartment for installation on a DIN rail for up to 20 relays;;
communication units and interface collectors.

The multifunctionality of the fire protection system:

autonomous operation of each key;
cascade work up to eight keys;
operation of keys in duplicating schemes.

Free binding of outputs (keys) by logical formulas to states (events) in the control system and keys, including without the use of additional devices and software:

Low electricity consumption due to:

the use of fire extinguishers with an edge capacitor;
dynamic power supply of logical SHS (discrete inputs);
power supply of SHS and keys with unstable voltage (there are no voltage converters that reduce the efficiency of the device);

Convenient controls and indications:

simple menu (no more complicated than a simple mobile phone);
standard telephone keyboard;
easy-to-read information on the display (large illuminated symbols);
versatility, multifunctionality, increased reliability and maintainability;

Up to 20 devices can be combined into a system with a single control and management.

A PC can be used for convenient monitoring.

Seven operating modes of each input-output channel:

fireman with repeated inspection with an edge capacitor;
fireman with re-checking with edge resistor;
firefighter without repeated inspection with edge capacitor;
firefighter without rechecking with an edge resistor;
logical (discrete input);
protective;
exit ( key ).

Each fire protection key can be programmed for the following functions:

entrance with automatic detectors;
entrance with manual detectors;
input for connecting the "Automatics off" switch;
input for connecting switches and "Locking" sensors;
input for connecting the "Reset Delay" button;
input for connecting "Emergency stop" switches;
input for connecting switches "Emergency extinguishing start";
delay time programming;
programming of the OTV supply time.

The device works with ani tips:

automatic and manual detectors;
manual start sensors, start blocking sensors.

In section 11.3 of informational materials "Components of fire protection systems", the constructive solutions that are applied in individual blocks of FACP of the "Vector-1" series with the function of controlling automatic means of fire protection, manufactured by the private enterprise "ARTON", are considered.
