Address system “Vector” description

Product description

Fire protection system “Vektor” (FPS “Vektor”) is built according to the block principle and includes a basic device FACP “Vektor-1” and additional blocks with which it is equipped according to the terms of the order. The device configuration option and its coding can be selected using conventional notation generator, and its conventions can be deciphered using the corresponding decoder. The “Vektor-1” FACP device is an intelligent, distributed, event- and command-driven system of data collection and processing, as well as management of system objects in real time.

      The basic configuration of the “Vektor-1” FACP device includes:

  • PSU – power supply unit for 12 or 24 volts;
  • CPU – central processing unit;
  • D&CU – an indication and control unit with output of information on an alphanumeric display;
  • KB – a block of keys that is part of the BCP and has 8 (eight) outputs, 4 (four) of which are medium-power electronic output keys, 3 (three) are low-power electronic keys and one relay for two groups of switching contacts;
  • MCU is a mode control unit designed to control 2 fire extinguishing zones. It is a set of buttons and switches that provide control of one or two fire extinguishing zones (directions), respectively (Zone A and Zone B);

Additional blocks may include:

  • ALB – block of address loops to which the address elements of the system are connected (up to 8 (eight) radial address loops with 32 address components in each). In FACP “Vektor-1” it is possible to install up to 4 (four) BSHA, and if the BS (communication unit) is not used, then one (one) additional BSHA can be installed. Thus, from 8 (eighth) to 40 (forty) address loops can be connected to one FACP “Vektor”. The capacity of the addressable fire alarm system, built on one FACP “Vektor-1” is from 256 to 1280 addressable components;
  • IOB – an input-output block (eight input-output channels) is designed to process events in the SC and/or output keys, provides the exchange of commands between the BCP and the SC and/or output keys in each channel ;
  • BOR – a block of output relays (eight output (“solid-state”) relays) structurally represents a BVV, the capabilities of which at the software level are limited only by the functions of output galvanically isolated keys;
  • BPI – block of programmable indicators (eight), structurally represents a BVR, the outputs of which are optical indicators;
  • C&DDD is a control and delay device designed to control one fire extinguishing zone. Used with gas, powder, and aerosol extinguishing modules. the “Vector” PUyZ is connected to the “Vector” series FACP, using the RS485 interface;
  • KBM – the key block is modified, which provides the possibility of connecting various devices when “dry contacts” are needed, for example, voice notification devices, automatic dialing to the centralized monitoring panel, etc.;
  • KI RS485 – RS485 interface collector, designed to ensure communication between devices of the “Vector-1” system included in the hierarchical group;
  • RC – the remote control is a “Vector-1” control panel, but with limited functions. The device includes only a BIiU and a built-in RS485 interface module;
  • BPK – a block of power keys designed to control means of the automatic fire extinguishing system (ASPT) and other automation;
  • RRC – remote relay cabinet is used to connect powerful power units (fans, valves, motors, etc.). The SHVR is connected to the FACP via its own UART interface;
  • KI-USB-UART – the interface collector is intended for the configuration of the Vektor-1 FACP and the KM-GSM communicator (transmits messages to the ATS via OP networks

Addressable detector in the system – a set of a conventional non-addressable two-wire fire detector and an addressable adapter. Address adapters are divided into several types:

  • АА – an addressable adapter built into the bases of non-addressable fire detectors of the SPD series (smoke SPD-3A, SPD-10QR together with the “ArtonRL-1” radio transceiver) and combined SPD- 3.5) and SPT (thermal SPT-AB, SPT-3B+AA). Replacing a disabled or dirty detector takes just a few seconds, saving service personnel from the need to re-register the address and algorithm of the AA adapter located in the base of the detector.
  • AAB – addressable adapter built into the housings of manual fire detectors (SPR-4, RUPD-02+АА (“Smoke removal start”, white), RUPD-06 + АА (“Pump start “, blue), Manual start (yellow), Fire extinguishing start (yellow));
  • ASA – address switching adapter (AAK-220R) or switching adapter with short-circuit isolator (AAK-24RM, AAK-220RM), which are used to organize control, monitoring and dispatching of ventilation smoke removal units, pumps, latches and other automation;
  • AAU – addressable universal adapter is designed to convert a non-addressable signaling loop into an addressable one.

     Configuration (setting the values of changing parameters) of addressable components (adapters and addressable fire detectors) is carried out by the consumer himself using the appropriate addressing panel МЦИ 426438.002 (producer PP “Arton”), which is supplied separately.
