Base B6
Product description
The B6 base is intended for use as the final base in a four-wire AL together with the B2 or B4 bases (with NC contacts). Base B6 forms an output signal using the contacts of the main relay and additionally monitors the performance of the four-wire AL. In such a system, the lack of supply voltage due to a break or removal of any electronic unit from the base leads to the formation of a “Fault” notification from this AL on the FACP.
Implementation of various functions using databases:
| Base | Number of contacts | Presence of ZPOS | The presence of a relay | Relay contacts | Connection |
| B01 | 4 | - | - | - | 2-wire |
| B1 | 6 | + | - | - | 2-wire |
| B2 | 7 | - | 1 | NO | 4-wire |
| B3 | 7 | - | 1 | NO | 4-wire |
| B4 | 8 | + | 1 | NO | 4-wire |
| B5 | 8 | + | 1 | NO | 4-wire |
| B6* | 8 | - | 2 | NC,NO | 4-wire |
| B7* | 8 | - | 2 | NC,NO | 4-wire |
